Deadline Looms for Memorial Day Parade Registration

Free hot dogs and a parade. Is there any better way to kick off summer in America? 

Now in its 87th year, the River Forest Memorial Day parade begins at 10 a.m. Monday. It will travel from Constitution Park, head south on Ashland Avenue toward Lake Street, then head west to Keystone Park. PDF map attached.

The best part? The parade ends there with a free hot dog lunch.

Wednesday is the deadline to register for a spot to participate in the parade.
