Establishing the Wellness Community, Empowering Parents to make Conscious Choices
Dr. Sarah Watson provides the resources and tools you need to for better health and fosters the family wellness lifestyle in your community.
Using Pathways magazine as the primary resource, holistic providers like Dr. Sarah Watson are hosting groups in their offices where parents meet and discuss the inspiring articles and topics covered in Pathways. All attendees receive a complimentary copy of Pathways and the facilitator of the group provides talking points and resources to the attendees.
There are no fees or membership required for parents to attend Pathways Connect meetings. Any parent, patient, or community member is welcome to participate.
In our local Pathways Connect Gathering Group, a free, nonprofit project, you will find like-hearted parents sharing their insights and experiences. Holistic, conscious living means making informed choices that are right for your family. In Pathways Connect, you will find respect and support for those choices! Join us and find your tribe.
This month we're hosting an open discussion with local birth care providers to answer your questions and chat about pregnancy, childbirth, and parenthood.

Opening her Chiropractic practice in Oak Park with families in mind, she created a relaxed atmosphere in which to pursue wellness.
In addition to Chiropractic she offer a wide variety of treatments including nutrition counseling, massage, and rehab. Dr Sarah is Webster certified and a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association giving her a specialization in treating expectant mothers and children.
Dr. Sarah has been through the ups and downs of miscarriage, pregnancy and parenting. She wont just take care of you as a chiropractor but as a new mother.
