Family Indoor Triathlon at the Y

Grow, thrive and compete in a fun, family atmosphere during the Y's 5th annual Indoor Family Triathlon.

Teams consist of 1 adult and 1 youth and will be grouped by age. The triathlon will kick off with a 15 minute run on the indoor track, followed by a 20 minute stationary bike ride and concludes with a 15 minute run on the Y's indoor track.

All participants will include race day snacks and a t-shirt.

Cost is $25/team for West Cook YMCA members and $35/team for non members. Registration closes February 7, 2011. Sign-up today by stopping by the Y!
