This fall we are offering several fitness classes for adults that will be sure to help get you in shape. And even better is that during the week of September 12, you can try any of our fitness classes with no obligation to sign up. Try one or try them all during our FITNESS DEMO DAYS! Our ever popular Kick Boxing class combines the basics of punching, kicking and boxing-movements into challenging aerobic routines for a complete muscular and cardiovascular workout. Love Latin music? Try Zumba, the dance style aerobic workout that focuses on cardio and middle core strengthening. Cardio & Strength will help you achieve a great cardio workout and efficient weight training in one hour. Really want to be challenged? Then our Bootcamp class is right for you! Designed for those who want to lose weight, increase cardiovascular fitness and increase muscular strength, this workout is designed to challenge yourself on your way to reaching your fitness goals. Adult Tae Kwon Do emphasizes development and strengthening of the mind and body. Our Yoga for Everybody class is designed to introduce (or welcome back) people to yoga and all the benefits gained from breathing, stretching and connecting with deep inner strength. We even offer a class that caters to the 55+ crowd. Senior Strength and Balance helps seniors regain and improve balance and strength in all areas. Piloxing and Spinning are two of our new classes we are also offering this fall. Piloxing is a 60 minute core-centric interval class that combines sculpting with the flexibility of pilates with the speed and power of boxing for a fat melting, muscle toning workout. Spinning is a dynamic indoor cycling experience taught on a specially designed stationary bike and set to music.
