This is serious business for all you ladies. Derby Lite is hosting a self-defense training seminar on Saturday, June 11 from 1-3:30pm at the ARC, 18 Chicago Ave., Oak Park.
Zack Burris has graciously volunteered his time and expertise to teach us the basics of self- defense. Zack is a martial arts expert, black-belt certified with the United States National Taekwondo Federation and the World Taekwondo Federation… which means he’s a serious dude who can kick some booty.
Taekwondo is the most popular martial art practiced in America and it combines combat techniques and self-defense that could be good for your peace of mind. So come out and learn something that may help keep you safe.
