
Strengthening and stretching can be the key to both reducing the potential for injuries and keeping runners moving in the sport that they love. In this 2 hour workshop we will focus on areas of the body that, in runners, are typically tighter and more prone to imbalance (IT bands, hips, hamstrings, glues, and lower back). The first half of the session will be a more vigorous vinyasa practice; this will be followed by a more restorative second hour.
All levels, runners and non-runners alike, are welcome.
