Pleasant Home Foundation to Host Magical Illusionary performance

OAK PARK, Ill. – April 22, 23, 24 & 25, 2015 at 7pm – The Pleasant Home Foundation is pleased to announce an illusionary performance by magician Jeanette Andrews. Ms. Andrews will astound everyone as she shatters the mold of a traditional magic performance. This totally unique experience, created specifically for Pleasant Home, is composed of a distinctive blend of magic, psychology, science, and art. With Jeanette as their guide, audience members will wind their way through the ornate rooms of Historic Pleasant Home, experiencing highly interactive magic designed for each of the five senses. Ages 12 and up.
More details and tickets are available at www.pleasanthome.org for $25 each ($20 for Foundation members). Proceeds from the performance will benefit the Pleasant Home Foundation and its work to preserve, restore and operate Pleasant Home, a National Historic Landmark.

About the Pleasant Home Foundation
Pleasant Home, a National Historic Landmark, is also known as the John Farson House and is located in the heart of historic Oak Park, Illinois. The residence was designed in 1897 by Prairie School architect George W. Maher for investment banker and philanthropist John W. Farson. The Pleasant Home Foundation was established as a non-profit organization in 1990 and is dedicated to preserving and restoring this 30-room architectural treasure.
