Loyola Medicine Opening Immediate Care Center in Oakbrook Terrace

New walk-in center will help patients with minor illnesses and injuries.

MAYWOOD, IL – Loyola Medicine is opening an Immediate Care center in Oakbrook Terrace to treat adults and children for minor illnesses and injuries, without an appointment.

The center will treat injuries and illnesses that need immediate attention but are not life-threatening or serious enough for the emergency department. Examples include ear and sinus infections, cold and flu symptoms, sprains and broken bones. Point-of-care tests and X-rays are available on site.

The walk-in center will be staffed by board-certified physicians every day of the year except Christmas. It will be open Monday through Friday 8 am. to 8 pm. and weekends and holidays 8 am. to 3 pm.

The immediate care center is located at the Loyola Center for Health at Oakbrook Terrace, 1S260 Summit Ave., Oakbrook Terrace. Parking is free. For more information, call 888-584-7888.
