Man Caught Masturbating On Camera In Stranger's Backyard: Elmwood Park Police

ELMWOOD PARK, IL — Elmwood Park Police are seeking the public's help in tracking down a man who was caught on a security camera as he masturbated in a stranger's yard Wednesday. The man allegedly walked into a backyard in the 3000 block of North 77th Court around 5:25 p.m., sat down, and began masturbating, according to Chicago Tribune.

The man is described as a white male with brown hair, glasses, and a shaven face. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a sleeveless orange shirt with dark-colored numbers on the front. He has a tattoo on his upper left arm, police say.

Elmwood Park Police Chief Frank Fagiano told Chicago Tribune he believes the man caught masturbating in a backyard was an isolated incident.
