McFun for St. Edmund's McTeachers

St. Edmund's holds a McTeacher's Night Fundraiser at the Oak Park McDonald's

On Wednesday, September 30th, St. Edmund’s School held a McTeacher’s Night Fundraiser at the Oak Park McDonald’s on Madison to raise money for the FSC. Teachers took over the restaurant serving up delicious meals to students and families to raise money. The St. Edmund’s families all came to support their McTeacher’s Night Fundraiser and the night was a HUGE singing success! The McTeacher jobs included; drive-thru teachers, greeters, working the front counter, clearing tables, making ice cream and shakes, selling pies and even singing for tips. McPrincipal Csuk was at the event the entire night greeting families, handing out Ronald McDonald stickers and supporting all of the teachers. An appearance by Ronald McDonald made the evening extra special. A very special thank you goes out to FSC President, Nancy Belmonte, who worked hard to organize the entire event. The school plans to use the money raised to go into their FSC school fund.

McTeacher’s Night was courtesy of the Oak Park McDonald’s owner/operator, Jan Nelson. For more information about events provided by the Oak Park McDonald’s, contact their Community Relations Director, Julie.travers@comcast.net.
