Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush Significant Others Give Back

Women of MORSO rang in the new year by giving back at Deborah's Place Chicago

Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush Significant Others (MORSO) rang in the New Year by bringing smiles to the residents at Deborah's Place, a Chicago facility that breaks the cycle of homelessness for Chicago area women. Around 50 residents participated in the day that kicked off with a hot meal prepared by members of MORSO. Following the meal, MORSO members played Bingo with the residents and handed out prizes, including essential household items and gift cards.

The day concluded with a monetary contribution from Midwest Orthopedics at Rush to assist Deborah's Place with their mission of providing a continuum of housing options and comprehensive support services for women in need. Deborah's Place is Chicago's largest provider of supportive housing exclusively for women and is recognized as an innovative leader among homeless service providers locally and nationally.
