The Monday Night Summer Jazz Series presents Rick Shandling's Jazz Coalition at the Oak Park Arms

The Monday Night Summer Jazz Series continues with Rick Shandling’s Jazz Coalition at 7 p.m. Monday, June 15, at the Oak Park Arms, 408 S. Oak Park Ave.

Shandling’s Jazz Coalition will perform original jazz compositions. Composer and drummer Rick Shandling has a variety of musical styles from mainstream be-bop to contemporary jazz and rock fusion. He is a regularly featured artist on the Chicago area Jazz scene. He plays drums with the acclaimed Green Mill Quartet. Instrumentation for this concert will include: drums, bass, piano and saxophone.
