More Than $90K In Jewelry, Electronics Stolen In Oak Park

The suspects also stole several rounds of ammunition.

OAK PARK, IL — Police in Oak Park are investigating a burglary in which more than $90,000 in jewelry, ammunition, and electronics were stolen from a resident's home. The burglary took place Sunday in the 1000 block of Lyman Ave.

The victim told police that someone got into their house sometime between 8 a.m. and 4:43 p.m. While there, the suspect or suspects stole the following items, according to a police summary:

  • Omega watch
  • Rolex watch
  • Pearl Pandora necklace
  • Two silver and gold Pandora bracelets
  • Eight to 10 pairs of pearl and diamond earrings
  • Gold engagement ring
  • Black Nikon D300 camera
  • Black Nikon light
  • HP laptop
  • Apple iPad
  • Several rounds of ammunition
