More Than $90K In Jewelry, Electronics Stolen In Oak Park
The suspects also stole several rounds of ammunition.

OAK PARK, IL — Police in Oak Park are investigating a burglary in which more than $90,000 in jewelry, ammunition, and electronics were stolen from a resident's home. The burglary took place Sunday in the 1000 block of Lyman Ave.
The victim told police that someone got into their house sometime between 8 a.m. and 4:43 p.m. While there, the suspect or suspects stole the following items, according to a police summary:
- Omega watch
- Rolex watch
- Pearl Pandora necklace
- Two silver and gold Pandora bracelets
- Eight to 10 pairs of pearl and diamond earrings
- Gold engagement ring
- Black Nikon D300 camera
- Black Nikon light
- HP laptop
- Apple iPad
- Several rounds of ammunition
The total estimated loss was $92,000. Anyone with information on this burglary is urged to contact Oak Park police at 708-434-1636.
