According to a press release, the lawsuit states that the company "solicited consumers at their homes and allegedly offered time-limited discounts on their services, and misrepresented themselves to be licensed contractors who timely performed contracted work."

The contractors then failed to perform the work, the lawsuit alleges, and to honor cancellations and refunds of deposited money.
