Oak Park Residents Develop Energy Bars for Fundraising
'During our many fundraising experiences, we found a lack of wholesome options available to the organizations doing the fundraising.'

Longtime Oak Park resident Paul Beckwith, his daughter Angie Maguire, and an intrepid team of fellow Oak Parkers and food professionals recently started a business called Go! Go! Go! Fundraising selling energy bars. “We’ve developed a company to help organizations get to the next level by fundraising with energy bars, which have ‘kid appeal,’ but are not junk food” Maguire says.
Go! Go! Go! Bars do not just fuel folks, but they also fuel organizations. As a former competitive swimmer, registered nurse, and a mother of three, Maguire shares, “We’ve participated in countless fundraising efforts for our community, local schools, and sports organizations. During our many fundraising experiences, we found a lack of wholesome options available to the organizations doing the fundraising. We are committed to providing a nutritious and great-tasting product!”

With four flavors in the lineup and more to come, Go! Go! Go! Bars are an excellent fundraising opportunity to provide any 501(c)(3) organization’s boosters with a healthy product that fits today’s fast paced lifestyle. Maguire reports that “recently we worked with the National Honor Society at Joliet Township High School and not only were the members selling boxes of bars to their friends and families, they were also enjoying the bars between classes.”
