Park District's Limited-Edition 100th Anniversary Book to Go on Sale
Book release launch party set for Dec. 13 at Cheney Mansion.
Coming up short on what to get that aficionado of the Park District Park District of Oak Park ? Well here's an idea.
To cap off the Park District's year-long celebration its 100th anniversary, a limited-edition souvenir book has been created featuring photographs of this year's many activities.
A book for People, Parks and Play scheduled for 7 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 13 at 7 p.m. at Cheney Mansion, 220 N. Euclid Ave.

Copies will be on sale for $20. Select prints from the book will be sold during a silent auction during the book launch.
All proceeds will benefit the PDOP scholarship fund.

Only 250 copies of this book have been printed. Copies that are still available after the launch will be on the sale at the administrative center, 218 Madison St.
