Police: Serial Peeping Tom Held Without Bond
Stephen Myslicki, 49, of River Forest, once again accused of creeping up driveways and peering into windows.

A River Forest man with previous convictions for peeping on young females has been arrested again, authorities said.
Stephen Myslicki, 49, was arrested Aug. 4 after an undercover officer spotted him walk up a driveway in the 1100 block of Monroe Avenue in River Forest around 10:15 p.m. and peer through a window.
It's far from the first time he's been accused of creeping around town.

According to Oak Leaves, Myslicki was charged with disorderly conduct in April 2006 after he was spotted peering into windows the 8000 block of Lake Street and then again in December 2009, when he was caught sneaking up to the driveway of a home in the 1400 block of William Street.
He was later charged with felony disorderly conduct for window peeping and well as criminal damage to property, Oak Leaves reports.

Again in July 2011, he was caught by police after hiding in the bushes outside a home in the 1400 block of Jackson Avenue, Wednesday Journal reports.
Myslicki, of the 8000 block of Lake Street, was charged with felony disorderly conduct after the Aug. 4 arrest. He's being held without bond at the Cook County Jail, records show.
