Registration Open for Frank Lloyd Wright Races

Autumn is kinda-sorta in the air, which means it's time to reserve your spot in the 36th annual Frank Lloyd Wright Races. Here's the official page.

Only 2,700 spots are available for the races, which take place Oct. 21. There are four categories to participate in: 5K walk, 5K run, 10K run and the Youth Mile, for ages 7-14.

Participants will get a special long-sleeved T-shirt, swag bag, a post-race pancake breakfast in the  gymnasium and all sorts of refreshments after crossing the finish line.

ONLINE

Deadline is noon on Friday, October 19. Online registration is offered through Weby, the Park District's registration system! You must have a Household ID number/User Name & Password to register online for the Frank Lloyd Wright Races. There are no additional fees for online registration.

If you registered for the Races in 2011, or are a current Park District user, you are already set up in our system and can register online! If you have forgotten your username/password, you can retrieve it by entering your email address on our forgotten password/username form, or contact our offices at (708) 383-0002 during normal business hours for assistance.

IN PERSON

Visit the Park District's Hedges Administrative Center, 218 Madison St. Mon-Fri thru Oct. 16 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. On Wednesday, Oct. 17 through Friday, Oct. 19, the facility will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.

MAIL/FAX

Mail/Fax your completed registration form to 218 Madison, Oak Park, IL 60302, fax (708) 383-5702. Mail must be postmarked by Friday, September 21 to be accepted. Fax registrations will not be accepted after NOON on Friday, September 28. Allow five days for processing.

WHEN TO REGISTER

REGISTER EARLY. Fees increase by $10 on October 1! Limited to 2,700 participants. If an event reaches its maximum capacity before race day, registration for that event will be closed. REGISTRATION FOR ANY OPEN EVENTS WILL CLOSE AT 7PM ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 19. NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION.
