Meet Scuffy, a perky little Shihtzu that came in for her makeover at The UpScale Tail, Pet Grooming Salon. Her family prefers her body coat kept on the shorter side. Additionally, we trimmed a cute short, round face proportionate to her body. She is so lovely, right?
