Spotlight Youth Theater presents, Disney's My Son Pinocchio

On May 4-7, Spotlight Youth Theater Oak Park will be presenting Disney’s My Son Pinocchio, Jr. at Cuny Auditorium in Guerin Prep High School. Disney’s My Son Pinocchio, Jr. is a 90 minute musical based on the made for TV movie, Geppetto which starred Drew Carey and Julia Louis-Dreyfus. In Disney’s My Son Pinocchio, Jr., the Blue Fairy, Stromboli and a lively cast of characters join Geppetto on a journey beyond the Toy Shop to discover what makes the "perfect child." This family-friendly musical is appropriate for all audiences and is a magical mix of heartwarming fairytale and action-packed adventure. Audiences will love following Pinocchio's journey from awkward wooden puppet to a real, live boy and will be charmed by Geppetto's transformation from demanding creator to a real, live father. This cast consists of 66 kids ages 8-18 from Oak Park and surrounding suburbs.
