Spring FORWARD

Early this morning we moved our clocks forward one hour to "Spring Forward" -- a tradition that some love and some hate. Those who hate it see it as an hour lost. Those who love it see it as the harbinger of spring - that season when things begin anew - refreshed from the long winter's nap. Whether you love it or hate it, it is a great time to think of renewal ---

Renewal can mean many things: it can mean restoring something or someone, rebuilding and redeveloping something or someone, reviving someone or something, or an act of self-renewal, etc. And, after all isn't that moving FORWARD?

So, while the clock may be symbolic, this can be a great time to develop your plans for renewal -- they could be focused on career, relationships, health, family, home, social activities, etc. or simply adding something new that you would like to do, or, reviving an interest or activity that you once enjoyed.
