Valentine's Day Diners Get a Sneak Peek of the New Marion Street Market & Special Foie Gras Menu

Marion Street Market, re-opening its doors on February 11, will be celebrating Valentine’s Day with a Foie Gras inspired five-course dinner holiday-goers will absolutely love. The innovative Eatery will be buzzing with Chef Bret Bohning’s special menu featuring Valentine’s Day’s most sought-after ingredients from duck, lobster, scallops and roasted lamb all accompanied by decadent Foie Gras prepared differently in each course.
Valentine’s Day Menu includes:
1st Course (platter):
Deviled Quail Eggs
Duck Rillette Crostinis
Braised Mussels

2nd Course: Choice of
Lobster Bisque chives, dried Foie Gras and essence of lemon
OR
Poached Pear Salad red wine poached Swiss chard, marcona almonds, duck confit, golden raisins, citrus wine vinaigrette, Foie Gras
3rd Course: Choice of
Foie Gras Stuffed Scallop acorn squash puree, beet coulis, micro salad
OR
Lobster Ravioli with artichoke hearts, fingerling potatoes, tarragon lemon butter, grated Foie Gras
4th Course: Choice of
Beef Tenderloin Medallions duck rillette and Foie Gras butter, short rib & potato hash, zucchini
OR
Roasted Lamb Rack Foie Gras popcorn, baby bok choy, baby carrots, orange blossom jus

5th Course:
Snickers Bar brandy cherry syrup
Come taste the love at Marion Street Market starting Friday, February 12 through Sunday, February 14. The Valentine’s Day menu will be available for dinner only. Reservations available beginning at 5 p.m. The Valentine’s Day menu is priced at $50 per person and $75 per person with wine pairings.
