This Valentine's Day, Novo will offer a special prix fixe menu for the romantic holiday. On Tuesday, February 14, Executive Chef Corey Laub will feature a four course menu ($55 per guest) with optional wine pairings ($30). The menu, detailed below, includes such dishes as beet and celery root soup, almond salad, cornmeal crusted oysters, seared market fish, mushroom risotto, chocolate bundt cake, and more.
