Woman Pulls Gun During Altercation At Denny's In Oak Park: Cops
Police say the woman pulled out a gun outside the restaurant just after 8 a.m.
OAK PARK, IL — Police arrested a woman in Oak Park Sunday after she allegedly pulled a gun during an altercation outside a Denny's restaurant. Police say the verbal altercation started around 8 a.m. inside the restaurant at the 700 block of N. Harlem and then continue outdoors after the woman threatened to "beat up" a person who asked her to leave Denny's.
A second victim approached the woman, along with a male and female who were with her, and also asked them to leave the premises, police say. The woman then allegedly pulled a black handgun out of her purse, showed it to the victims, and then put it back in her purse, according to a police summary.
Police say the suspects then got in a white Buick Rendezvous and fled southbound on Harlem.
