ORLAND PARK, IL — Opening soon in Orland Park, Weber Grill Restaurant has set a job fair to fill open positions.
Weber Grill Restaurant is set to join the new Downtown Orland Park development, with an opening originally projected for Spring 2026. Part of a $120 million project that includes over 140,000 square feet of retail and entertainment space, the 8,500-square-foot venue will feature indoor and outdoor seating along with a cooking school.
It's the chain's fifth location, joining downtown Chicago, Schaumburg, Lombard and Indianapolis. The restaurant, known for its authentic charcoal-grilled cuisine and iconic Weber charcoal kettle grill, will showcase a wide variety of expertly crafted items including premium steaks, burgers, BBQ and chef-driven specialties.
“This is an exciting addition to our community and a great first addition to the new development in Downtown Orland Park,” said Mayor Jim Dodge previously. “Weber Grill will enhance our dining options and attract visitors, making Orland Park an even more vibrant place to live, work and play.”
Management is hiring for all positions including servers, bartenders, bussers, hosts, cooks and dishwashers. A job fair is set for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 28, Wednesday, April 29, Tuesday, May 5 and Wednesday, May 6 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Elements Hotel, 16235 S. LaGrange Rd. Walk-ins are welcome, and applications can be submitted in advance online.
