All occupants had evacuated safely prior to crews' arrival, officials said.

Firefighters acted swiftly to contain and extinguish the fire before it could extend into the main living areas of the home.

The fire was later determined to have originated from a rack of battery chargers located in the garage.

No injuries were reported.

While the fire remains under investigation, officials remind residents to use caution when operating and storing batteries and battery charging equipment.
