ORLAND PARK, IL — The Holly House Shop will welcome customers to its newest location in Orland Park at 8104 W 143rd St.
The original Holly House Shop opened in Old Orland two years ago when Becky Frontera started making baby items.
Samantha Frontera partnered with her mom to open up a collaborative shop where artisans could sell their handmade gifts. Currently, they feature over 27 different local artisans across both gift shops.
The Holly House opened its second gift shop in Lincoln Park six months ago. Currently, their Old Orland location is still open, but operates as an event space for book clubs, birthday parties, baby showers, and crafting classes.
With the expansion in Wedgewood Commons, Frontera has partnered with Arrow Permanent Jewelry (Mary Knez) and one of her very first vendors, Mario Cisineros (Cisnero's Leather), who makes handmade bags, wallets, belts and more. They are excited to offer a crafting membership launching in August and look forward to continuing to expand their brand.
The grand opening event is open to the public and takes place Saturday, July 18, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will include free food, drinks, raffles and giveaways.
