ORLAND PARK, IL — The Village of Orland Park has launched Humphrey, a new artificial intelligence virtual assistant on the Village website, giving residents an easier way to access Village information.

Named and designed in honor of John Humphrey, Orland Park's first mayor, Humphrey draws exclusively on official Village of Orland Park information to provide fast, accurate answers to resident questions.

"Humphrey is another step forward in our commitment to providing exceptional customer service through innovative technology,: said Orland Park Mayor Jim Dodge. "Whether you need information during business hours or in the middle of the night, Humphrey is available to help."

Residents can access information on Village services, permits, meetings, and events 24/7 by calling or chatting with Humphrey. As municipal services expand, Humphrey's capabilities will be upgraded accordingly.
