Orland Township Property Tax Appeal Period Is Now Open: Assessor

ORLAND TOWNSHIP — Orland Township Assessor Antonio Rubino announced that Orland Township is now open for property tax appeals with the Cook County Assessor's Office through Nov. 6. The property tax appeal process allows homeowners to request a review of their property's assessed value to ensure it accurately reflects current market conditions.

Each Orland Township property owner should have received a 2026 Reassessment notice from the Cook County Assessor's Office estimating the fair market value. Residents who believe the estimated market value of their property exceeds what it could reasonably sell for in today's real estate market are encouraged to consider filing an appeal.

"Ensuring fair and accurate property assessments is a top priority," said Assessor Antonio Rubino.
