'Arts And Drafts' To Feature Local Brews, Wine, Food, Live Music
Mark your calendar for the Oct. 8 event to be sponsored by the Orland Park Area Chamber of Commerce.

ORLAND PARK, IL — Orland Park beer and wine fans will have another chance to drink local, with the Orland Park Area Chamber of Commerce's Arts & Drafts event set for Saturday, Oct. 8 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Admission is free for the event, which gathers one-of-a-kind art, the best “drafts” from select local breweries, live entertainment, and good eats for a memorable experience. As you savor culinary favorites, sip specialty brews, and view the collections of exceptional local artists, you might also enjoy an afternoon shopping among specialty shops.
There will be 10 beer tastings plus a souvenir glass for $25. Wine will also be available by the glass for $7. Arts & Drafts will be held on the grounds of Orland Park Crossing located on the northeast corner of 143d Street and LaGrange Road in Orland Park. Traffic attendance is expected to be over one thousand people.

Live entertainment will include a performance from Ballet 5:8 at 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., House of Music from 1 to 5 p.m., and headliner Semple Band from 7 to 9 p.m. Semple Band is a Chicago-based band with styles ranging from the 70’s Rock to modern pop songs and everything in between.
The event is sponsored by MAXIM Maintenance. MAXIM Maintenance was established in 2004 and is a family-owned professional cleaning business rich in Polish heritage with over forty years of cleaning experience. IPA Level Sponsors include DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen and Joe Rizza Ford Lincoln Porsche.
