On Saturday June 25th, the Joliet Slammers will play at Silver Cross Stadium at 6:05 pm. At the start of the game, donations made by the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation (PSF) to several community departments totaling over $60,000 will be dedicated, including equipment donated to Lockport Township FD, Coal City Fire Protection District, AllenForce, Northwest Homer Fire District and Manhattan Fire Protection District. That equipment will be on display throughout the game on the concourse. In addition, Slammers players will wear special jerseys featuring the PSF logo. Those jerseys will be auctioned off during the game with 100% of the proceeds going to the PSF.
