The occasion of this 40th Year Anniversary happens at the Georgios Banquet-Quality Inn Conference Center located at 8800 W. 159th St. on Saturday, November 22nd. Beginning at 9 a.m. collectors and fans can see both the familiar, rare, or offbeat with thousands of vinyl records, posters, cassettes, book and memorabilia offered at 40 vendor tables. A collection of newspaper articles recall past events held in Chicago and various " Southland " locations include Homewood, Harvey, Alsip and Tinley Park many include interviews and photographs. Today's show ends at 3 p.m.
Make it a holiday event and fill your collection with Heavy Metal, Country, Classical, Comedy, Punk Rock, Soul, Pop and more. Free parking, wide aisles, great lighting make an inviting atmosphere to pause, reflect, and remember the sounds and memories of those days.
