Event Details
Thousands of records are waiting for another spin including rock, heavy metal, jazz, country, classical and soul. From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Vendors booths occupy the 40 table ballroom with those tunes and memories of the past 60 years including archival supplies, cassettes, compact discs, posters, magazines and memorabilia.
As part of 40 year's of looking back speculation that newly elected Pope Leo had dropped by the show when held at the Harvey, IL. Holiday Inn on Halsted Ave. in 1990. Apparently he was interested in vinyl "Blues" music and wanted to complete his collection. Fun artifacts may or may not support that but you can pick up a free flyer announcement from that past event and judge for yourself.
We are located at 8800 W. 159th St. with convenient Pace Bus service as an alternative to driving on Route 364 that runs hourly and will save your $$ to buy more vinyl and preserve the air quality.
Admission is $3.00 free to children. From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.Early bird begins at 7:45 a.m. at $10. For more information call Record Recovery Productions at 773-726-8906.
