Car Crashes Into ComEd Pole On Will-Cook Road, Power Out In Area
A driver was injured after a car crashed into a Commonwealth Edison pole near 149th and Will-Cook Road.

ORLAND PARK, IL -- A vehicle struck a Com-Ed pole on Wolf-Cook Road near 149th Street early Tuesday evening, injuring one person and causing power outages in the area.
Emergency responders from Orland Park and Homer Glen arrived on the scene around 6:53 p.m., according to a report from the Northern Illinois Fireground Photos Facebook page, which shared several photos of the scene after the response.
A red car was shown having sustained serious damage. Its driver was transported to a nearby hospital with unknown injuries.

Power is out in the area near Will-Cook Road and 151st Street. The outages extend as far west as Bell Road in Homer Glen.
Will-Cook Road is expected to be closed for at least two hours.
