Congratulations, Caroline Gartlan, Carl Sandburg High School Class Of 2021
Before this year's graduates head on to that next step in their lives, we want to take a moment to let their stars shine here on Patch.
ORLAND PARK, IL — The high school seniors of 2021 have had an experience like no other in a century -- a year upended by a pandemic and by lockdowns that kept them from enjoying many of the activities that previous seniors have taken for granted.
Patch hopes to help make it up to those seniors by giving them a special sendoff. We asked parents and other family members pay tribute to this year’s grads using a special submission form so we can publish those tributes one by one.
Caroline Gartlan will graduate from Carl Sandburg High School.

Plans after graduation: Caroline is attending the University of Arizona as a Nursing major.
Accomplishments: Caroline ranks in the top 5% of her class. She was also a member of the soccer team, volleyball team and Cross Country team.
