ORLAND PARK, IL - A customer at an Orland Park auto shop has been charged with aggravated battery after police said he stabbed a shop manager after he was told his scheduled oil change was delayed.

Luis Barrios of Tinley Park was charged with one felony count of aggravated battery Saturday morning after the alleged customer dispute at the Sears Auto Center in Orland Square. Barrios was described in a police report as a "longtime" customer of the body shop.

An argument between Barrios and the shop owner began around 10:20 a.m. when the owner informed Barrios that his scheduled oil change would be delayed. The confrontation escalated and the owner escorted Barrios outside the business, where police said he was stabbed with a small pocket knife.
