D230 eLearning Details and Support

As District 230 students and staff utilize eLearning, here are details and resources for families.

Process

Students should log into Skyward between 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. to check-in for attendance. Then, they should complete assignments posted in Skyward according to the directions posted by their teachers.

Technical Support

Technical support will be available from school and district technology staff by accessing the Help Desk through email at help@d230.org. When an email is submitted a work ticket is created and assigned to technology staff who will be working throughout the day to address technology concerns.

All questions regarding your student's attendance should be directed to your buildings attendance hotline. If your student is sick or will not be able to particpate today, please leave a detailed message at the number below for your school:

General Questions
All other questions you may have can be directed to the buildings and we will assist you through the email groups below. Please provide detailed information in your email. Staff will be available to respond between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday - Friday.
