Empower Teens to Make Good Choices event
Orland Park Substance Abuse Forum and High School District 230 present educational panel and resource fair

The Orland Park Substance Abuse Forum and High School District 230 will present an educational panel for parents and resource fair on Tuesday, March 1 at 7 p.m. in the Sandburg High School Performing Arts Center.
A professional panel will provide practical tips for parents related to substance abuse and how they can help their children make good choices related alcohol and drugs. The panel includes:
- Cheryl Kokaska, Counselor Orland Township Youth & Family Services
- Tim McCarthy, Chief of Police, Orland Park Police Department
- Jessica Nelson, Student Assistance Coordinator District 230
- Rachel Ridge LCSW, CRADC, PCGC, MISA II Rosecrance
- Dr. Leonard Spishakoff Addictionologist Palos Community Hospital
A resource fair will immediately follow the panel discussion in the Performing Arts Center Foyer.
