Grief. Depression. Addiction. Financial struggles. Parental stress. Marital problems. Severe illness. Sometimes it feels like we're completely at the mercy of the world and there’s no stopping the hurt. All of this affects the way we eat, sleep and the way we feel and think about things. Where do you turn for dealing with all of this? Are you struggling with addiction, depression or unhealthy emotions? Are finances, marriage and parenting a struggle for you? Dealing with any of these is hard, but at SOZO we have specially designed courses and support groups to offer education, support and hope. You will learn about spiritual and cognitive approaches to dealing with these tough emotions.
SOZO is based around our desire to provide solutions to life’s complex issues. It is here where we offer life-changing educational seminars. You will find these seminars full of helpful information and important insight. Join us for an evening full of inspiration, knowledge, discussion and hope every Monday night. Generally, we have four six-week semesters scheduled every year with changing sessions that sometimes includes support for youth. We also present classes in faith foundations and evangelism.
