Orland Township Youth & Family Services, 14807 S. Ravinia Avenue, is hosting a substance abuse workshop, "What Can I Say to Convince Them to Quit?" on Thursday, November 3, 2011 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The workshop will discuss why it is so difficult to stop a loved one from abusing drugs and alcohol, what a parent can do to prevent serious problems and more.
