Get a behind-the-scenes look at District 230 schools
There's always something happening in District 230. Sample of collage of students, teachers and staff from around the district

Members of the District 230 Communication Crew spent a day taking photos at Carl Sandburg, Amos Alonzo, and Victor J. Andrew high schools to provide a behind-the-scenes look at what a typical day of school in District 230 looks like.
Over the course of 12 hours, students built a collage of 51 photos capturing a day in the three high schools - from calm mornings to lively afternoons. Visit d230.org/24 for the complete day and click on each photo for the full story behind each moment.

The goal of the crew is to help students interested in journalism, communication, and the graphic arts to develop real-world skills, amplify student voice, develop leadership, and increase productivity.
“These students help the Office of Communications to be its own newsroom,” said Director of Communications Jennifer Waterman. “The behind-the-scenes look at District 230 is just another way of inviting our taxpayers and community into our classrooms and hallways.”
