April 15 & 16, 8 p.m. | Set in Ireland, The Castlecomer Jukebox looks at the lives of a reformed show band looking to entertain the visiting US President. It has been a while since this band has performed together. Will the band work past the politics, greed and other issues and succeed, or will everything fall to pieces? Admission is $12.
April 17, 2 p.m. –3 p.m. | Leslie Goddard portrays recently widowed Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy as she looks for a way to live her new life alone. She tells her listeners about her marriage to John F. Kennedy, her husband’s rise to presidency, her efforts to support JFK in the White House and his assassination. Leslie Goddard is an accomplished performer and historian with a Master’s Degree in Theatre and a Ph.D. from Northwestern University in U.S. Cultural History, American Studies and Women's History. Admission is free.

Charitable Events
April 15, 6 p.m. – 10 p.m. | Treat yourself a night of shopping, spa services, wine tasting, beer sampling, full appetizers, a dessert buffet and more. Proceeds will benefit Operation: Moms Cookies and the Orland Township Food Pantry. Donations of chapstick, granola or protein bars, Wet-Ones (for Mom’s Cookies) and non-perishable food items (for the Food Pantry) are welcome. Admission is $10 at the door. Get more information here.
April 15 (6 p.m. - 9 p.m.), April 16 (7 p.m - 11 p.m.) | Enjoy two nights of furry friends, fashion and fun.

The first night (April 15th /$50 admission) will consist of live music, silent auction, a SSHS video presentation, open bar, appetizers and a Pet Parade showcasing adoptable pets from SSHS.
The second night (April 16 / $100 or two for $175 admission) will feature a gourmet four-course dinner prepared by the Robert Morris Culinary Head Chef, an open bar, a silent auction, a live auction, a raffle, a Pet Parade, a fashion show showcasing adoptable SSHS pets, a SSHS video presentation and more.

Family Fun
April 15, 7:30 p.m. – 8:15 p.m. | Bring your flashlights - the hunt is on! Children ages 3-4 hunt at 7:30pm; children ages 5-8 hunt at 8:15pm. After the hunt, the Easter Bunny will come for a visit. This event will occur rain or shine. This is a free event.
April 16, 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. |
Bring your little ones to brunch with the Easter Bunny. After your meal, there will be an opportunity to take a photo with the Easter Bunny. You will need to bring your own camera.

Sports and Recreation

Dust of your rod and reel - it's time for the Spring Fishing Classic! This Lake Katherine fundraiser opens the entire shoreline to attendees for fishing. Cash prizes are available for the largest muskie, walleye, largemouth bass, channel catfish and bluegill. Tickets are $100; only 125 anglers will be admitted. April 16, 8:30 a.m. | Does your kid have what it takes to be a pro ball player? Give him/her a chance to find out. Boys and girls ages 7-14 are invited to try their hands at pitching for accuracy, hitting for distance and running for speed in this FREE competition presented by Major League Baseball and Aquifina and hosted by the . There is a chance to compete at four levels of competition. National Finals will take place at the MLB All-Star Game. Pre-registration and a signed waiver are required.
