The Great Outdoors
May 15, 8am–4pm |
The Cops and Rodders car show will feature classic cars, hot rods, custom cars, muscle cars and custom motorcycles. Trophies will be awarded. Registration (taken from 8am - noon) is $20 per automobile. Spectators may attend free. This event benefits the Illinois Law Enforcement Torch Run for the Special Olympics of Illinois and is sponsored by the .
May 15, 5:30pm | Enjoy an evening of jazz standards with the Darlene Baresch Quartet amidst a grove of pine trees. Guests may bring lawn chairs or blankets to sit and a picnic supper (no alcohol). Park in the Children’s Farm parking lot and take a hayride to the concert site.

Family Fun
May 13, 7pm–8pm |
Teen anime or manga fans are welcome to come dressed as their favorite characters and party. Snacks and drinks will be provided. This event is open to grades 6 - 12. Register online at the Tinley Park Library site.
May 15, 2pm–3pm |
Parents and children 4 and up are invited to come build the Lego sculpture of their dreams at the weekly Lego Builders' event. This is a free event.

How many people are recognizable by only one name? Let Charo charm you with her distinct accent, clever humor and flamenco guitar in the Dorothy Menker Theater in the Fine and Performing Arts Center. Admission is $35 for adults, $30 for seniors and $25 for students and can be purchased on the Moraine Valley website

After 34 years of teaching, Mr. Kellogg will conduct his very last choir and band concert at Arbor Park Middle School. The three bands and choir will perform. Alumni are welcome to join in for the last two selections. A reception and refreshments will follow in the cafetorium.
Sports & Recreation

Celebrate summer with this "School's Out" 5k run. This event starts at the school, continues through the community and finishes with a lap around the school track. The $20 admission fee pays for a T-shirt, refreshments and a raffle ticket. Children and dogs are welcome to run or walk free. This charity “fun run” will benefit the Dr. Kelly Ludwig Foundation and the Andrew Wellness student scholarship fund.
May 13, 7pm–9pm | Kids ages 5 - 13 can jump and romp in the Glow Lighted Arena. The giant inflatable playroom will be open on a first-come, first-served basis from 7pm to 9pm. Admission is $9 per child. Parents must be present and are welcome to jump to free.
