ORLAND PARK, IL — A private West Coast investor paid $2.3 million for the retail building that houses Blaze Pizza and Pearle Vision in Orland Park.
Baum Realty Group LLC represented the seller in the transaction, according to a REBusinessOnline report.
The building that switched hands is located at 24 Orland Square Drive.
