Learn to Dance for Free at Heart and Sole this Weekend

Coincidence or planning? The 19th season Dancing with the Stars kicks off right about the same time as National Ballroom Dance Week. Secretly, America wants to be Kristi Yamaguchi or Jason Taylor, or any one of the stars that’s gotten to have the time of their life learning to dance. National Ballroom Dance Week is America’s opportunity to get off the couch and begin learning ballroom!

Studios and dance clubs across the country are offering promotions and putting on special dances throughout the week. In the south suburbs you’ll find Heart & Sole Dance in Tinley Park offering free classes to everyone at their special Open House on September 27.

“People can enjoy a class, check out the studio, talk to the instructors and staff, watch and mingle with other dancers—and maybe win goodies” said owner and national champion Maren Oslac. “Everyone is welcome, from youths to seniors, and the best part is that they don’t have to know a thing about dance!”
