Man Charged With Breaking Into Aquatic Center
Orland Park police found man roaming around Centennial Park Aquatic Center early Monday morning, prosecutors said.

An unemployed door-to-door salesman was arrested in early Monday morning after he had apparently broken into an Orland Park swimming pool, according to Cook County prosecutors.
James Lane, 32, appeared before Cook County Judge Peter Felice on an attempted burglary charge.
Prosecutors said that police responded to a burglary alarm at the Centennial Park Aquatic Center, located at 15600 West Ave., Orland Park, around 2:18 a.m.

When officers arrived they found Lane, who was carrying a metal pry bar, inside the grounds of the aquatic center, according to the charges.
Prosecutors said that police found metal pry marks in the door to the family changing room.

Lane is being held on $30,000 bail, with ten percent to apply. The judge also ordered electronic monitoring, random urine drops and a curfew if Lane is able to bond out.
