Man Puffing Pot In Parking Lot Had Loaded Glock And Rounds In Sock: Prosecutor
Man did not have a FOID card and was rejected for a conceal-carry permit in Indiana, prosecutors say.

A man found smoking marijuana in the parking lot of an Orland Park banquet hall was carrying a loaded Glock at the time of his arrest, prosecutors said in court on Monday.
Richard Rollensen, 33, was charged with one felony count of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and misdemeanor possession of cannabis on July 19.
Prosecutors said that an Orland Park detective traveling through the parking lot of Georgio’s Banquets, 8800 W. 159th St., Orland Park, when he spotted two occupants sitting inside a car with smoke coming out the windows.

While searching Rollensen, police found a loaded Glock with 12 live rounds. He also had live rounds hidden inside his sock, according to the charges.
Prosecutors said that Rollensen did not have a FOID card for the gun, and was rejected for a conceal-carry permit in Indiana.

Bail was set at $20,000.
