Meijer Still Hiring for New Stores in Mokena, Homer Glen

Meijer announced 540 job openings for their new stores in the Chicago area, expected to open this summer. 

Positions range from clerks and cake decorators, to customer service, cashiers and meat cutters.

Starting pay will be based on experience level and specific skills.

Meijer leadership will conduct phone interviews during the next few weeks. Selected candidates will then be contacted to schedule an in-person interview.

Mokena's 190,000-square-foot Meijer will be located at Wolf Road and Route 30.
