More Than $800K In State Funds Allocated To Orland Park

ORLAND PARK, IL – The state has allocated more than $800,000 in funds for projects and improvements around Orland Park, including the 156th Street construction project.

Among the funds, $180,000 was allocated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economics Opportunity to support general infrastructure improvements.

Another $250,000 was re-appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Services Foundation for costs associated with infrastructure improvements to the Community Services Foundation, Inc. facility in Orland Park.

Lastly, $400,000 was re-appropriated from the Build Illinois Bond Fund for a grant to the Village of Orland Park for the 3 156th Street extension construction project.
