Oak Forest Advances to Elite Eight in 101.9 FM's Battle of the 'Burbs 2015

Oak Forest crushed its first-round competition Aurora on Monday, to move on to the second round of the Suburban Madness: The Battle of the Burbs 2015 contest, held by 101.9 FM The MIX Chicago.

Voting for Oak Forest in the “Elite Eight” round of the March Madness-style competition begins at 9 a.m. April 1 during “The Eric and Kathy Show,” according to the radio station’s website.

Beginning at 9 a.m., text “Oak Forest” to 60123, or visit the Eric and Kathy website after voting kicks off to help Oak Forest advance.

If it emerges victorious from the second round, Oak Forest will take on the winner of Elgin versus Mount Prospect.
